We are looking for a Strategic Buyer for an authority within electrical power.

This is a consulting assignment. The location is Stockholm.

The position is full-time.

The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which places high demands on flexibility and teamwork.

The Assignment

As a strategic buyer, you will work on developing and driving the purchasing work within the category of design. The assignment initially involves acting as an acting category leader responsible for developing the category strategy and ensuring effective purchasing work through strategic, tactical, and operational activities. The role also includes responsibility for call-offs and procurements, as well as close collaboration with internal clients, suppliers, and other functions within the organization. The work requires a businesslike and structured approach where you contribute to the development of processes, working methods, and collaborations in the purchasing area.

Responsibilities

Further develop the ongoing work with the category strategy

Develop the category dashboard together with other strategic buyers within the department

Develop and implement scorecards for supplier follow-up

Train and guide the organization on purchasing and contract-related issues

Develop and implement structured capacity planning together with the organization and suppliers

Collaborate with framework agreement suppliers as well as with internal contract managers and lawyers regarding management and contract issues

Conduct call-offs/procurements for consulting and design needs or within other categories where needed

Contribute expertise to improve working methods, routines, templates, and processes within purchasing-related issues

Requirements (Mandatory)

You must have at least one of the following post-secondary education: university degree in economics, engineering, or law.

You must have at least 10 years of work experience in strategic work with good results in development work within purchasing.

You must have 10 years of work experience in the technology, IT, construction, energy, infrastructure, or electrical power industry.

You must have at least 8 years of work experience in purchasing and procurement work in accordance with LOU or LUF.

You must have at least completed 3 framework agreement procurements for consultants based on the ABK09 agreement.

You must be able to speak and write Swedish and English for good dialogue with suppliers.

Desirable

You should have at least 3 years of work experience in supplier management in your previous assignments/jobs as a buyer.

You should have at least 5 years of work experience in calling off/procuring team deliveries within the last 10 years.

You should have led and conducted at least 4 procurements according to negotiated procedures.

You should have at least 5 years of work experience as a manager or leader in a supervisory position.

You should have at least 3 years of work experience in category management with good results.
